Yes its possible to structure debt which becomes 100% nondilutive. NWBO has not pulled that off and I bet our next debt deal will have yet another spring clause giving the holder an opportunity to convert at highly dilutive terms. We need a capital infusion from a partner and likely should have seeked one years ago. the dilution that has taken place has been disastrous for retail shareholders but management has protected themselves beautifully. IMO LP has avoided such partnerships because they likely would not have allowed her to tether Toucan to NWBO as she has.
