Agree that is why he should have an investor relation person handle that for him. He writes the PRs and they are so vague and are always after the fact. If you want to take a nap sometime go to the OTC web site and bring up the Affluence new page and then read them... they will have you snoozing in not time. Always low on details and full of Blah Blah Blah with a side of forward looking statements thrown in for good measure.

If this deal is done and he is concerned about it having a positive effect so he holds on to it for the right moment, then he has no idea what the market considers positive or negative or neutral news.
