Jim in all of the years at the helm as always needed an IR person. He has no idea on when news is effective because for the most part his news over the past 2 years has had nothing to get excited about.

He could release the news concerning the definitive agreement on a Saturday and it would have a positive effect. If it’s good news it can be released any day If it’s just the normal fluffy stuff he has peddled in the past it won’t have a positive effect on any day
