Have you considered that you're no longer even invested in a drug company anymore? You're invested in Sarissa. A hedge fund that fully controls the drug company. Ultimately controlled by a guy that "officially owns" <10% of the company so he's immune from reporting his trades unless he moves more than 1% of the OS, but can still legally short this company, while setting up a complex structure of LLC's to distribute shares across multiple off shore companies so that none hold more than 5% to trigger SEC reporting on what they're doing individually on any given day and are are considered simple holding funds? While his official "Advisory Fund" that IS subject to SEC reporting holds a few million share. Yeah, sounds legit.

The same guy that barked to everyone in his proxy this is undervalued at $4, but refuses to buy big at <$1 cause it'll move him over 10% where he could no longer short and would have to report all trades immediately on a Form 4? Nah, better to deply $50M in shareholder value to prop up the share price even tho his hedge fund has 4X the MC that Amarin has. $50M is peanuts to Sarissa.

The same guy that settled half of his lawsuit for $80 some odd Million US dollarinos (The oops, got caught tax) for failing in his fiduciary duty on the Sanofi buyout of Bioveritiv where he got an offer (Bongfingo, his sidekick on the BOD ((Amarin's too)) too was involved), put it in his back pocket and didnt tell ANYONE, bought millions of shares, and sat on that offer for 6 months to avoid the short term penalty before bringing it to the board? The same guy that's in the process of settling the other half of that same lawsuit? Oh, nevermind, everyone's phones mysteriously "lost" all data from the interesting timeframes during that event.

Nevermind the fact he knocked up his side piece and put her on the board of one of his companies. Classy.

So yeah, you're actually just playing Denner's crooked whim with the share price on any given day. Not what Amarin is actually doing as a company anymore.
