St George Mining unveils major JORC resource

St George Mining Ltd executive chairman John Prineas talked with Proactive about the company's newly announced maiden JORC resource, which he says could be among the world’s most significant niobium and rare earth deposits. Prineas said the deposit features over 500 intercepts of high-grade mineralisation and boasts a rare combination of high grades and shallow mineralisation starting at surface, supporting an open pit development. “We think, possibly the second highest niobium deposit in terms of grade and, probably one of the highest rare earth deposits,” he told Proactive. He confirmed the company has already seen interest from industry players, with some expressing interest in potential partnerships and even mergers. The resource was released following St George’s acquisition of the project in late February, and the company has committed to a drill program starting in the coming weeks. According to Prineas, this program could potentially double the existing resource. In Brazil, St George has assembled an experienced in-country team and engaged a global EPC contractor to progress mine development. Titan Mining reports record 2024 production, expands resources

Titan Mining President Rita Adiani joined Steve Darling from Proactive to discuss the company’s year-end results, highlighting record production and strong financial performance in 2024. The company met the upper end of its production guidance, while costs were 10% lower than the low end of its all-in sustaining cost (AISC) guidance. In Q4 2024, Titan Mining produced 21.7 million pounds of payable zinc, marking a 56% increase compared to Q4 2023. Total full-year 2024 production reached 59.5 million pounds. The company also posted Q4 revenues of $26.3 million, representing a 318% increase from Q3 2024 and a 241% increase from Q4 2023. Adiani also shared updates on the company’s mineral resource expansion, noting that Titan completed an updated mineral resource estimate and extended the mine life for ESM’s zinc operations until 2033. The updated estimate reports a 22% increase in measured and indicated contained zinc pounds compared to the 2020 resource estimate. In addition to its zinc operations, Titan completed a maiden mineral resource estimate for the Kilbourne Graphite Project. Andromeda Metals nears funding milestone for Great White Project

Andromeda Metals Ltd acting CEO Sarah Clarke talked with Proactive about the company's progress on its flagship Great White Project in South Australia. Clarke outlined how the company is nearing a critical funding milestone, having entered into exclusive negotiations with Merricks Capital for a debt financing facility of up to $75 million. She explained that this follows detailed due diligence and represents a significant advancement in the project’s development. She noted that the facility would cover capitalised interest, fees, and a cost overrun tranche, with exclusivity on negotiations running through to the end of July. Clarke also said Andromeda is pursuing the balance of required funds through a parallel equity or investment process. The Great White Project is a high-grade kaolin operation targeting premium ceramic markets and sustainable concrete products. The company has all key approvals in place, feasibility studies completed, long-lead items ordered, and binding offtake agreements secured for its Stage 1A+ development, which involves 100,000 tonnes of kaolin production per annum. Inspired PLC CEO Mark Dickinson breaks down FY24 highlights, net zero strategy

Inspired PLC (AIM:INSE) chief executive Mark Dickinson takes Proactive's Stephen Gunnion through the company's 2024 financial results, its ongoing mission to help clients reach net zero, and the outlook for 2025. Dickinson provided an overview of the group’s four complementary divisions: software, assurance, ESG, and optimisation. These work together to help Inspired’s B2B clients manage energy costs, comply with ESG reporting obligations, and implement real carbon reduction strategies. “The backdrop continues to be increasingly favourable for Inspired as we help those clients navigate their way through those challenges,” Dickinson said, citing continuing demand despite lower energy prices. FY24 was a year focused on strengthening the balance sheet. Dickinson said the company eliminated all contingent consideration liabilities, raised capital, and reduced net leverage from 2.59x to 1.47x adjusted EBITDA—giving the business a firmer platform for growth. The company’s non-financial KPIs also moved in a positive direction, with cross-selling increasing and more than 50% of optimisation clients returning for additional services. Inspired is now serving 420 clients with optimisation support. Looking ahead, Dickinson said trading in 2025 started in line with expectations, and the business is progressing well on previously delayed projects. He remains optimistic about the pipeline and demand drivers, particularly in energy conservation, ESG compliance, and net zero support.
