I think what this debate exposed was that AB and ML have gone all in on one last iteration/generation of their best tech, but then have no way to compete with polymers going forward.
Sure, the ultimate transition to ubiquity might be a few (2-3 or bust) years off.

But then, everything changes forever.

What’s the value of owning that future now?
