Many tickers sell shares down here. I don't fully understand what others say either. For instance, PLPL finally cleaned after adding 4 bill easily to clear debt owed. So, not sure the difference here. Jim tries to reverse split, doubt it will stay where it is unless he has fantastic news. Otherwise, like you said, like another ticker, BBRW, it will just fall to earth. He supposedly has a hospital, subsidiary companies, and from what was said to me from him, had candidates and quotes from CROs. You get quotes, you are deep into the process and almost committed to the process. He has plenty of stuff to release. I'd imagine he has to have an agreement with Apollo by now, or a year ago. Not sure how he is holding this back from shareholders.
