That's definitely one possible scenario netmoney1999 , but there are other possible outcomes too as I said in previous posts today and recently.. we don't know just yet what will happen short term or long term. I will agree that their (EGOC's) over all silence and lack of filings would suggest that they are likely NOT going to meet the deadline of the grace period. Of course they have a history of filing at the last minute so I would not rule out EGOC getting current with their filings prior to the grace period deadline. Time will tell.
And like I said before I have seen tickers go to the expert market and then in a relatively short period of time get all of their filings and fees up to date and "Kapowie" sling shot back out of the expert market.. Will this scenario play out here? Who knows? There is nothing that is a for sure deal in the stock market. In my opinion the new share structure of EGOC is in a good place, and in fact a great place! I see a lot of upside potential where some others may not see the upside potential. I see opportunity! Time will tell.

Flip that coin.... heads or tails..Call it in the air!! And then ad another consideration if you will.. if they don't get current will they loiter for a few weeks or even longer and then get their filings up to date and then rejoin the normal market? If that scenario plays out one would ask why the delays? Again Who knows? Like I said it should get fun around here or at least interesting!

In my opinion they spent a lot of time and money on this ticker and it doesn't make sense for them to let the ticker fade away and I don't see where they sold any shares or made any money selling shares since taking over the ticker a couple of years ago..Perhaps you can correct me if I am wrong but the data doesn't show them selling any shares at all.. kind of an odd thing all the way around if you ask me. I think I will simply ride this out and hopefully acquire more shares and see just how this plays out short and long term. Everyone makes up their own minds concerning what the future holds for EGOC..Should I Buy? Should I Sell? Should I merely Hold? After looking into all of the options I know what I am going to do! Good luck to all with their choices!! This is likely what they call "crunch time".
