Part of the BS purchase of 10 portals from DTII at a cost they say of $10,000. Which is really a loan made to DTII disguised as a purchase.

As per DTII filings a distributor must buy 10 portals to consummate to agreement.
You may believe this is joke, your opinion is aloud tho this does not make it a BS purchase nor a loan is disguise.
It’s called consummating an agreement with a purchase, as per the distributors contract agreement. Because without the 10,000$, there’s just a contact which isn’t yet finalized. Just as when someone buys a car… they can terminate the deal up till they take the keys and drive off the lot.

This deal has consummated so it’s Done and Dealt.. Sealed. This is wha the 10k represents.
What you think and how you feel about it is quit inconsequential… fortunately!

Because it was a purchase JK filed it for show. Just part of the scam. A $10,000 purchase is a joke.

This is what most like to call, “A Vote of Confidence” by the CEO.
When a CEO cannot speak for whatever reason they will often buy shares above market value in a Form 4 to raise the flag.
Granted this “flag” can be used for good or for bad as with anything in this world.
But seeing as we have had Zero Dilution I take it as a Green Flag… you’re free to feel as you wish but always so negative… why?

There is no inventory shown on VXTR'S Balance sheet a/o 2/29/2024 which is shown as a deposit on the SEC filing. Supposedly the portals were purchase well before that. NO inventory means they do not have the portals in possession and they have no sales..

They might not have taken possession yet and/or simply purchased to consummate as explained prior or they have all drop shipped to their Testing/Demo location.
We simply don’t know for sure tho we can deduce that 10 portals are not purchase to resale.
That’s nonsense, these are Demo/Presentation/Tester units.

Does anyone really believe JK hasn't sold millions of shares of VTXR or any other insider.

That quite the accusation these, insider trading… really.
Tho they were PINK CURRENT during the 12c boom and not one share sold… so insider trading is doubtful but no one can verify it so feel free to hang on to your baseless claims.

People are free to make their own choices and assumptions… but they need all the facts, not just one skewed view.
