He keeps implying that there has to be a method to their madness which is favorable to investors but I have seen this exact same thing with another ticker. Company does a reverse split and basically goes quiet and the ticker ends up in the expert market. The CEO of the company basically created a subsidiary which was private and moved the intellectual property over. I’m sure the RS was intentional and suggested by her legal team. There are so many legal or strategic possibilities of why this is done which doesn’t turn out favorable to retail shareholders.
