$ENZC WHO IS the NEW INSIDER WITH CONTROLLING VOTING SHARES FELIZIAN PAUL, I brought this up on APRIL 17th , about the Insider Felizian Paul (?) that showed up as being ONE OF THE TWO ( Diana Z for the Trust was the other one , that held the CONTROLLING VOTES for the meeting who had Preferred A Shares . FELIZIAN PAUL is NOWHERE to be found on previous disclosures as a Preferred A Share holder in ANY FORMAT.

WHO IS FELIZIAN PAUL ? (so far no where have it seen that name until this last disclosure and that person NOW shows as an INSIDER on OTC Markets profile, no where in my records (many and vast) have I seen that name. Now is one of TWO People holding controlling VOTING SHARES ? What is that !

So all the common shares from the disclosure , plus Preferred A Shares that Charles C , G. Chandra and Joseph C . had on the previous disclosure are NOW gone where it shows them REMOVED on Pg 25. Where did they go , converted, given away , plus the Preferred A Shares go to apparently this Felizian Paul, WHO IS THIS NEW INSIDER.
