Because 150 days is made up of "clock-on time". Theoretically, if no RFI is required, the application could be decided on within 150 days.

However, RFIs are very common, and the company themselves noted (in the same PR you're referencing) that they expect an intensive period of question/answer/inspections etc.

The standard RFI is 60 "clock-off" days.

150+60=210 days from validation.

August-September.
