I dont have a problem with your logic but that is the difference between being safe and being a full scale gambler like me and Pete Rose the first deal you have to be up to bat the second deal you have to cover the plate and third you have to swing the bat. when the fast ball comes down the pipe you need to swing there is nothing worse than not swinging watching the ball go bye and you strike out.
