I'm not sure why Seamus increased the A/S to 250 billion That's still a head scratcher for me. 250 billion is an astronomical number even for a pink. 43 billion O/S is also huge for a pink. We are not moving up ever with that share structure. That in itself proves his intent. He specifically stated due to 250 billion A/S is the reason there won't be a R/S in the foreseeable future and that was two years ago. As soon as he justified his action for raising the A/S I immediately posted we would remain at no bid until he was ready for a R/S. I've hit the nail on the head for the most part......I don't think he will spend one cent towards a buyback....
