Unfortunately, yup. Dilution will sneak up on you in a quick fast hurry.

A mere 3 years ago, this is after data lock occurred, a $5 billion valuation would have put the price over $6 a share.

Today, that same valuation will fetch a price of only $4.15. Likely sub $4 by the time we actually get there.

But hey, what's a mere 50% off the top amongst friends?
