Great Post, Thanks very much for sharing your insights about the inner-workings of the RePo Transactions of LBHI and its subsidiaries.. I was well aware of Lehman Brothers RePo transactions, as it was in the news in 2008, in the months leading to the Financial Collapse. Not only Lehman but various other financial institutions were doing the 'RePo' transactions at that time, as away to survive due to the severe Credit crunch...But your lucid explanation clarified a lot of things for me.
