Concerning lawsuits, I have never heard of pre-funding a class action suit. I could be wrong, but every one I have seen is on a contingency basis and if victorious, the parties receive a check, already minus 30-40% or whatever for lawyer fees.

CC, Chandra and Sharabura are guilty of securities fraud for false and misleading statements. CC and Chandra going back years, Sharabura for talking about dividends for BGEN, which doesn't exist and hadn't existed for almost 2 months before that PR.

I took a big loss because of them jumping ship without telling anybody, which could also be in any lawsuit, but I was mainly concerned the stock would disappear overnight like Bed Bath and Beyond... Investors woke up the next day and it was completely gone, no chance to salvage anything.

All that said, I will wait on any form of retribution so they can get their next scam going, be it Adnexus or Mab Tech, or rolling both into a SPAC! HAHAHA... I want them focused on bringing that "company" to the pinks at .0004 and having fun with the natural casino that is any stock in the trips.

I don't give a Giant NYC Rat's Democrat Mascot that it will be a complete scam. That we know, that I could care less about. In my scenario starting at .0004, I get all my money back at 1 cent, so start this thing up already!
