lj: Cramer highlighted the work of a TA chartist on his show last night.
According to the TA person, surname Williams, the tech decline should bottom in the third week of May. Cramer called yesterday's rally a dead cat bounce.
It would be nice to pick up shares of AMD at a price that is maybe 25 percent lower.
Stranger things have happened.
If you believe Williams, keep your powder dry.
