All this early talk too about how this ticker will be so attractive for the next custodial play because of share structure…..well guess what? The share structure won’t be the only consideration. Any outstanding convertible debt will be considered as well. Shares were exchanged for basically the ownership of a company with no assets….this has shit show written all over it now and later.
