That's nothing more than your projection based mostly on your bias. The CHMP gave the go ahead for MAA submission in mid December 2023 so four and one-half months have already passed. There is the question of whether or not the application will be made prior to the availability of the completion of the OLE. If the stock price is dead for another six months, so what?

How long does it take them to submit ONCE a DECISION is made to submit?

That decision was made by AVXL in fourth quarter 2023.
