That's just it. Nobody knows yet. ENZC is still claiming SAGA owns BGEN and the IP's and we're still to get the dividend and the SAGA shares.
The visibility we have now from the skewed 45-dgree angled view, is that it could all be never-ending crap, or it may still come to pass.

IMHO, I'm sitting at 70-30 in favor of the crap, but will wait and see what happens by June 1st.
