Marty, I think you know well enough that nobody is going to be able to provide any documentation/proof of his statement. Sure it may not be 90% and the statement is hyperbole, but there certainly are a significant amount of China held shells that go nowhere. There was a reason that China cracked down on these as well.

From my experience, I've been following dozens of shells that have Chinese holders (including this) and all but 1 have eventually fallen off the cliff and gone dark.
