Any modifications or improvements of Clone 3 or any drugs taken by merely 5 percent by our scientists including Harry can be done and re-filed with the patent office if Harry chooses to. Harry has gone through this process once and he can definitely do this again easily.

This re-patent of just 5% modification is all legitimate and has been proven in court.

Why not? ENZC has a lab, knowledge and qualified scientists to remake anything they already previously made.
