WHAT "business plans"???

They have come out with a press release that basically says they are "expanding", yet they are not giving even the simplest details about it. Is it a client? Is it some sort of satellite office? Who will be based there? WHERE exactly is it in Irvine? Is it a real OFFICE, manned by people who WORK FOR DC? Or is it just another "virtual office", manned by a phone answering service?

The level of information (or actually the LACK of information) about this "move" to Irvine and exactly what it entails is actually quite comical!
