What exactly does this mean??? Does this mean that DC is opening a satellite operation in Irvine??? Or does this mean they have signed on another client in Irvine?

If they mean a satellite operation? I cannot wait to get the address. Hopefully, it will not be just another "virtual office" type setup - like the one DBMM has.
