IMO, the crooks and the liars are in control of the "investment" processes on WS. The incentive for honest hard core science based solutions has been displaced by liars and manipulation. Is it time for a few well planned ( management by example) public executions? IMO, the current WS accepted practices are self defeating and destructive.
