A company that specializes in an esoteric visa program is still marketing the Hampton County project. Hong Kong-based CIG Partners Ltd. has been advertising the project to foreigners. CIG's website describes the rural campus as a "massive undertaking" It's not clear when operations will commence and workers hired.
