I find this puzzling. Most posters here....good, bad, or indifferent...periodically request answers to various questions....questions, they themselves feel are innocuous, so Mngt "should" give them answers.

Have you considered the repercussions of those answers, at this stage of development, and negotiation?
I have.
You will not be receiving answers. Not until you read about it in a PR, done by mutual consent.
Then you can buy, buy, buy.
Mngt is not going to clue you in ahead of time, or worry about assuaging your fears by handing you the keys to the kingdom.

Asking for otherwise seems like a very immature investor demand.
