No - there is no 'soon' with this crap... its been NEVER the whole time.
They've missed the Q3 filing, Q4/annual filing, haven't provided basic company data updates to the OTC, and are in default with the NVSOS.

Q1 report is due in 3 weeks also... but that won't matter since they are dark/defunct and will be delisted to the expert market by end of this month.

Chinese garbage worth less than stale fortune cookie.
