On Feb, 29, 2024, IBAT (CAD), is pleased to announce the private placement financing with EV Metals, in which it issued 2,702,400 Units of the companys shares at a price 0f C$1.00 per unit(share) for gross proceeds of USD 2 million.(initial closing)....There will be no RS for IBAT(IBATF)..got Michel Libor on board..and many of the board members own a ton of shares of their own company..thats what seems to be a huge sign of good things to come from our first contract client in the Western US( US Mag ? )...Seems logical that our stock is devalued at a 52% discount.IMO..In May or June..you will see IBATF stock at above $1.42 or higher..possibly $2.74..Just my opinion. but that plant in Western US will start to soon produce LiBi in june or shortly thereafter..The first Commercially DLE of its kind should garner lots of attention from the Big Boys..Jon Baker says IBATs tech works..then it works..SLR & Greg Mehros validated the IBAT process to be quite commercially positive, environmentally friendsly, little land required for DLE mobile plant(2.3 acres),97% of the water is recycled, little of no use of chemicals used.. The Absorbant material and tech can handle all types of brines as testing results stated..quick to build model MDLE 1 plant(6 months or less) ..New patents in place..Revenue is Coming along with more contract clients. Let the good times roll..IMO..its coming $oon!
