It's a lot clearer now obviously, but when they launch Adnexus or MabTech or Chandrascamology or whatever they pick for the ticker, they will have to have 4B shares again, and it will be on the Pinks... Nowhere near getting listed on the Nasdaq...

They will also of course try to do a SPAC deal down the line... I hope so at least, since that will drive the SP up, but this one point makes it very clear that they were never going to do the SPAC... Barry wasn't incompetent, he was in on it and just didn't file...
