It's taking a long time because he cannot afford the $100k to file a lawsuit that will go to trial. So instead he thinks if he keeps talking about "progress" and yet does everything but file a lawsuit, it will scare them into settling. Terry doesn't understand the law (or investing). No one will fall for his act except ENZC shareholders, but the "defendants" are laughing at this.

NO ONE, talks for 7 months about filing a lawsuit without filling one, unless they have no intention of filing one.

If you look at the history of ENZC stock sell online last month, you will see there has been a progression of large share selling volume in the neighborhood of 20 million shares to 95 million shares over the course of a couple of weeks last mont which were way above the average daily volume.

It could be any insiders selling, but I suspect it was Harry who very likely has to be the one who needed the money to pay bills. There are no other incomes coming into ENZC that I can see.

Just a giant shit show. There's no other way to describe it. It will go to the trips, and then I will buy back in a few Million and hope for Harry to do something. It might turn out to just be a .0004 to .0005 stock or whatever, but maybe it will make another good run.

In my scenario, I would get all my cash back if it hit 1 cent. Everything else would be gravy.

But, that's what I expect also from Adnexus or Mab Tech, all the while knowing they will be run by Con Artists... Actually a good thing so there's no FOMO attached. They will never ever do anything, so it's just a good flipper for however long it lasts.

According to otcmarkets.com Kelli Austin is listed as a Consultant for Enzolytics, Inc. She is also listed in the lawsuit and the business combination agreement. I do agree on Enzolytics, Inc. not wanting a SPAC deal.

ENZC leadership wasn't incompetent, they were calculating and deceitful. If there was any indication they were good people and not con artists, they would all be here still, searching for another SPAC or talking about the new one.
