Yes, I think it's obvious that MABTECH will try to do just that, but they don't own, outright, any of the patents or patent applications pending.
I wonder if they intend to backwards engineer it, since it would be a quick process, and just add enough changes to get around the current patents and applications pending? It would take a helluva' lawsuit to prevent them from doing that in Pink land.

I can't see how CC and Chandra will try to snake what is needed out from under ENZC just now, except that, Harry could sink the SAGA deal and recover the IP's if he so chooses.
My best bet is, that all parties currently and former ENZC, couldn't get along anymore, and still plan to negotiate a go-to-market strategy. Chandra's pull-out from BGEN tells me he intends to swipe what he wants from SAGA/ENZC, to make the new company go with Charles, or he and Charles plan to leverage what they want from the remains of ENZC.

Such a freakin' mess. I'll get back to you on Wednesday.
