Two options - one is to inundate the SEC with complaints - no hyperbole - only facts DD to prove the complaint is accurate.

File a lawsuit against Cotropia, Chandra and Zhabilov. As the company doesn't have any assets. If the insiders have D&O insurance they will attempt to settle.

I would suggest using a securities attorney.

I hope ENZC investors extract money from the insiders.

During Discovery - I would demand all correspondence between Cotropia and Kostiner on the SAGA deal.

There is so much against the insiders - that should be easy to get a Judgements against them.

You might want to file in Texas - as Delaware, Wyoming and Nevada are pro business.
