(1) NWBio owns all of the equipment, and clean rooms at the Sawston facility.

(2) NWBio owns all of the DCVax-L and DCVax Direct patents worldwide.

(3) NWBio owns all of the Flaskworks devices & the Flaskworks patents worldwide.

(4) NWBio owns & controls the long-term lease of the Sawston facility.

(5) NWBio will soon own the commercial marketing authority (MA) for commercializing DCVax-L in the UK.

(6) NWBio will own all of the global commercial approvals for DCVax-L & DCVax Direct.

(7) Advent is just the CDMO hired by NWBio to operate the Sawston facility. Advent provides employees to operate the facility. Advent serves at the pleasure of NWBio & this arrangement is controlled by NWBio.


Both Oncovir and Advent are only worth a small fraction of what NWBio is worth.
