I think the whole expert market thing is, and was, done to delay certain things and buy some time. It sure feels like the Vume ppv is some sort of catalyst for maybe some investment but also to be able to absorb the mcrabb / equity financing shares that will eventually hit the market. If a company is in expert market, it severely limits the ability of toxic lenders and notes (if not prevents) from conversions and selling of their shares due to limits of buyers. Jmho.

I think we’ll see some catalysts soon. But I’ll also theorize st3 is now planning for the bigger fireworks to start in the summer (since tekmovil hadn’t happened, they haven’t closed on that $35 + mill they are looking for and their initial soccer Vume contract doesn’t start until then. ).
They will need time and money to ramp and this initial boxing event may just be an initial small start and a milestone for some things.
