Right - with no updates, zero information from the company and zero filings, there is nothing but speculation except for one clearly factual item... this stock was given notice by the OTC for delisting and is in the 15 calendar day grace period. Assuming the grace period started on April 15 (thats when I saw the dark/defunc and grace period flags appear), they will be delisted to the Expert Market on Tues April 30.
