Do I need to recap the crazy dilution that 1800 diagonal (and the other company) just excercised? Do I have to remind you how I said the loan would be paid for by a billion shares and you said ‘no way’ and it was ? Pepperidge Farm remembers.

Keep your facts straight. The acquisition has not closed yet so the company cannot recognize their revenue. Period.

And the company has also expressed their intent to use the equity financing to continue their progress near term. Which is dilutive.

Not sure why this has to be explained over and over to you. The fact that I say ‘no it’s not’ is just warranties with you since you dont want to read and tell the whole truth.
