Face it...your decisions are based entirely on what management and other pumpers spew which explains why you do no DD on your own. Once a gullible bagholder, always a gullible bagholder. Anything you ''might'' pocket over and above what you put into Spooze has to be offset by what Park screwed you out of when he jumped ship. On 11/14/23 you wrote "If anyone wants a piece (of NHMD) they will now have to pay more." NHMD closed at .0019 that day (down from .0029 a month earlier). It's now .0005 and with a YIELD warning flashing (which is better than a ''shell risk'' IMO).

Why I'm trusting Nate Steck & NHMD...

I believe in Nate Steck here with NHMD and that he is going to come through for us shareholders in a very big way to close this deal. I've done my own personal research regarding the deal and I believe it will be huge for all shareholders. This includes Nate and his team of which they are the largest shareholders with the most to gain. I think maybe you are not giving Nate the respect and the wrong attention. I think you will positively feel different after this deal closes. When Nate closes this deal with bringing in JP Energy Group as the new operational entity, I think that Nate and his team will be viewed differently in a positive way. I think Nate and his team have done an awesome job in telling the story here with JP Energy Group coming into NHMD. They have released in great organization and order 8-Ks, 14Cs, PRs, and tweets to keep the market informed on what is going on.

You talk about the past failures by Nate Steck with NHMD, but I believe none of that matters. None of us are perfect as we all are human and have failed at plenty of things in our lives. All he has to do with his team is to get it right once. I think this is that time. It's kind of like sports to where you are only as good as your last game. It doesn't matter if you never have been good enough to go to the Super Bowl for those years previous. Just imagine the feeling the people will have for their team when they finally get to the Super Bowl right now and that team wins! I believe that NHMD is going to the Super Bowl right now with this deal and is going to win and win by a large margin!
