I think that your assessment is somewhat correct. I do think that some egos got involved as there is always two sides to a story. I think I understand both sides to understand why both sides want to move forward. I think NHMD has the sugar and the chicken paws, but we still don't know exactly what SPZI is going to be bringing to the table... yet. I'm guessing that John Park is going to be taking what transpired over at NHMD against him personal. I'm guessing that he will likely be bringing in everything he can to make this as big as it could possibly be to show them how they messed up by moving on without him over there. Plus NHMD made some comments that were really bashing him in their 8-Ks as some details were left out from John's side of the story from what I have learned, but I won't go there. I researched all what he had when I was researching him when he was part of NHMD. I think they totally underestimated him over there. I think he is going to make SPZI a billion dollar company at least. Remember me saying this 6 months from now to see and evaluate what kind of growth path we are on with heading in that direction. I have a feeling that people are going to be pleasantly surprised.
