The bridge over Blue Mesa Reservoir on U.S. 50 was shut down Thursday evening at the urging of federal highway officials after an inspection crew identified “anomalies” in the bridge, the Colorado Department of Transportation said Friday morning.

No traffic is allowed over the bridge and currently there are no available routes for emergency vehicles or local traffic to travel from Gunnison to Montrose without taking 300-mile detours that will take six to seven hours. ...........................

I called her office 6 times yesterday and left messages for her but still no word from @RepBoebert. People are literally freaking out in our community and this will be devastating to our local economy. Maybe @SenatorBennet or @SenatorHick can step in?

For all intents and purposes #CD3 has no representation...

The person who was supposed to represent you felt her time would be better spent courting a district where she feels she has a better chance of securing her pension errr winning a 3rd term.

That's right. He got $100 M for work on I-70 that Boebert claimed was her work. I hope @AdamForColorado has been in contact with @RepJoeNeguse to find a solution.

- Please help the folks of CO3 - they don't have a Member of Congress and this bridge closure needs adult solutions quickly. How about a temp bridge? Even one lane? Or a ferry?

THIS IS A BIG DEAL - If CO3 had a functioning Member of Congress this would have a solution by now. There are funds to fix this but since she's alienated the entire world with her bullshit this will take a backseat for now. I guess it's up to @AdamForColorado to get this fixed now.
