I think the business Joint venture partners did think it through..They are paying for it.

Maybe the cargo was going from New York to other ports and not scheduled to stop in New Orleans.

Similar to non-stop flights on a plane or multiple stops, maybe it made sense to truck the bagasse directly yto new york and back

Are you an expert on costs from New Orleans to India too??????

Is one round trip to new york and back quicker less expensive or both????
