It is called gearing up for commercialization. New hires need to get up to speed assuming duties, working the K's and the Q's, etc. Putting their procedures in place. Honestly I expected this based on what I saw last year. 2023 was about gearing up for commercialization. 2024 is about producing a few thousand to hand out. Last I heard, they needed 2 or 3 additional employees. It looks like that is inplay as of today. This company is very good at managing money, they don't spend before it is needed. Cash onhand for over a year and no debt. No need to worry about cash Ola.
