An ASM where they discuss upcoming deliverables and take years to meet them. Last ASM they discussed filing with all RAs and partnerships. The results for more than a year indicate their speed of execution. The apologist for management will tout - Well they didn’t say when!

And an ASM with no accredited analyst and no Q&A. Not one investment conference or conference call for about 16 months. Not much of a public company that said last ASM they would start communicating better to the investment world.
