A seasoned trader understands that any NOL's are absorbed and written off through mergers and acquisitions. Call it juggling the books but it's legal and cheaper for the acquisition or merging entity to eat the loss to write it off of it's own balance sheet.

I specifically look for companies in these dire straits situations. I don't care about the meat and potatoes or who shot John so-to-speak. I really don't care. It's a new bill of health for the start up, plain and simple and the right fund manager will make that happen.

There are some takeaways like RS's but it's better than being gone. I have even witnessed some merging entities not only assume all debt but also buy back the float with nobody even knowing until the 10q comes out depending on it's accounting principals. Then watch the stock shoot strait up.

Everybody here should be jumping for joy. If your not, you have your own agenda. Please don't confuse the two or bash me because I am not the stock and that would be taking it personal. Please don't do that but I can tell you this...

Both stocks you mentioned, $NRDE + $SHMP Don“t bet against them. Seriously

You will understand when it happens.
