After an annual report is submitted to otcm an attorney letter has to be posted saying everything is in order. GO TO OTCM AND LOOK AT ALL THE FILINGS AND YOU WILL SEE THAT A ATTORNEY LETTER WAS SUBMITTED ON APRIL 28TH 2023 AFTER THE ANNUAL.
