Nope, If it's from China, it's a scam, just like the entire OTC is a scam. Sure they all run higher and you can make money, then they fade back to trips. China was in the news yesterday with more scams, can't remember what it was I heard on CNBC, but if you see the word China, you should always add "Scam" cuz anything from China is a "China-Scam"
