The thing with that statement is that 90% of all OTC stocks are the same way... they release news when it best suits them.. read most PR and you will see the actual event in the body of the press release very seldom happened the day before the release... its the nature of the business... what matters, as you pointed out in another post is not the when but the what... when it is released only matters if the what is something that has no real baring on the success of a company... the What in todays PR, if true and if followed up on in a timely manner will have a very big effect on the success of the company.

To be honest your observation of "Often Clustered and timed" is just that an observation with no cause of effect.
