Yep... There is no receiver that's been excepted by the Court. Brett hasn't even presented them one to, except... If there was, there would be public information of who the receiver is. And what Brett claims about the role of a receiver is all wrong too... And the claim he's "cleaned up" OPTI is not even close to true, in any form. What Brett Rosen is doing is no different than what Roger Pawson was doing. Bullshitting...
