Ticker $OPTI as of May 1, 2024 tomorrow fails to meet the "Continued listing requirements for Yield Sign limited information tickers" as published by the OTC MARKETS own "Most recent guidelines for alternative filers" linked on your own website.

OPTI last filed an annual report on 4/16/2023 for period ending Dec 31, 2022.

OPTI filed a fraudulent "Quarterly filing" on date 5/21/2023 purporting to cover "Period ending 3/31/2023" but this report was falsified and contained NO valid "financials" for any period of the months of Jan, Feb and March yr 2023. It merely contained a cut-n-repaste of the same financials as the annual report period covering ONLY to period ending Dec 31, 2022.

Thus - as of May 1, 2024 ticker OPTI will have NOT FILED a annual report for a period 120 days + 1 day after the end of their fiscal yr Dec 31, 2023.

Moreover - the OTC Markets profile for OPTI has not been updated in a timely manner and is grossly inaccurate and out of date.

Therefor - per your own "Continued listing guidelines" ticker OPTI has gone "16 months without a updated annual report and is exceeding 120 days w/o filing an annual report after end of fiscal yr Dec 31, 2023" and thus PER YOUR PUBLISHED GUIDELINES this ticker OPTI must be moved ASAP from "Yield sign" to "EXPERT MARKET".

We will notify legal council and regulators (SEC and FINRA) if you fail to move this ticker OPTI now a pump and dump shell scam to EXPERT MARKET on no later than tomorrow, May 1, 2024.
